Terms and Conditions


Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an automated email order confirmation.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please contact us through the customer service form on the site. 

Once your order is confirmed, we will process it within 2-4 business days and forward tracking information as soon as the item(s) ships. For custom orders, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. 

**If you receive an out of stock notification, please contact us at customer service and we will provide re-stocking and/or special order information as soon as possible.


All items are shipped via either USPS or UPS.  You will have the choice to select economy, basic, or expedited delivery options.  International shipping is available. 


Items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for full store credit. To be eligible to return, your items must be unused, with all tags still attached and in original packaging. 

Custom orders are final sale -- this includes all wall art. 

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once your return is received, your refund will be processed. This may take up to 10 business days depending on your banking institution.


DUXSTYLE uses the information we collect about you to process orders and provide our best service. We never sell or disclose any customer information to third parties and you can be confident your credit card details are safe.
